Soekarno-Hatta is Indonesia's International Airport. In 2013, Soekarno-Hatta was planning to expand their buildings. But, they still wants to keep the traditional feelings in the building just like its built long time ago. The culture in Indonesia is still remain until now and Soekarno-Hatta is the one place that connects people in Indonesia, locally and internationally.

SOLUTION

The Logogram
We created colorful interwoven threads that form a shape like a globe. Represent passangers who come and go to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport with their diversity and meet up here and tie up each other and make a beautiful rendezvous.

The interwoven threads also represents movement and never ending progress to be a better airport. The transparancy in the logo represent openness that welcoming all the passanger. The globe shape also represent Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is an airport who welcome passanger all over the world and an aiming to become a world class airport with aerotropolis system.

The Logotype
We choose Rotis SemiSerif Std to be the logotype because Rotis have great legibilty and readibility. We modified the typeface to make it more traditional yet still modern. We choose Rotis SansSerif Std for the brand description.
